The zero-based index at which value should be inserted.
The object to insert into the System.Collections.IList.
Inserts an item to the System.Collections.IList at the specified index.
Syntax

Parameters

index
The zero-based index at which value should be inserted.
value
The object to insert into the System.Collections.IList.
